Make your home more sustainable – visit the Klimaathuis (Climate House) on the Groene Loper. The Klimaathuis gives independent and objective advice on making your home more sustainable. It allows you to see and explore all types of solutions available for sustainable living.
Advice
You can stop by at the Klimaathuis from Wednesday to Friday without an appointment. The advice is free of charge.
The advisor
- helps you on your way to a more energy-efficient home,
- tells you what's possible in your situation and explains the costs and benefits,
- gives tips on how to save energy and money,
- gives tailor-made advice in the Klimaathuis or at your home,
- assists in requesting quotes from companies in the region,
- looks into available funding to help you make your home more sustainable.
The Klimaathuis also offers support:
- to VvEs (homeowner’s associations) that want to make their building(s) more sustainable,
- to monument owners who want to make their building(s) more sustainable.
Provincie Limburg (the province of Limburg) helps facilitate the independent advice of the Klimaathuis.

Opening hours
The Klimaathuis is open from Tuesday to Friday, 12.30 to 17.00.
Please note: During the summer break – from 22 July to 9 August – the Klimaathuis will be closed. From 12 August our advisors will be available to assist you again.
